Main Actions

Conduct a social assessment of ancestral hydraulic systems in the Cordillera Negra, as well as preliminary studies for the recovery of selected pilot systems.

Support the implementation and rehabilitation of selected pre-Hispanic hydraulic systems, including evaluating their impact and integration into the community water management system.

Promote advocacy efforts in academic settings and with government agencies (local governments, Sierra Azul, ANA, Ministry of Culture, among others) to scale up these experiences and actions regionally and nationally.
